Help us make a meaningful difference

Sight Loss Shropshire is proud to announce a unique new partnership with Telford & Wrekin Council to launch a dedicated programme of activities for children and young people living with sight loss across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

This important new service will offer a range of supported activities focused on emotional wellbeing, social confidence, and inclusion – helping children and young adults aged up to 25 to enjoy the same opportunities as their sighted peers.

To help us bring this vision to life, and with thanks to funding from the Powell Family Foundation, we are recruiting a Children and Young People Activities Coordinator. This rewarding new role is perfect for someone creative, self-motivated, and passionate about supporting young people.
