Shrewsbury Macular Support Group Monthly Meeting
Key information
The Macular Society has over 200 local support groups, which exist to provide advice and support to people affected by macular conditions, their relatives and friends across the British Isles.
The Shrewsbury Macular Support Group meetings are well attended with generally around 30 people coming together each month.
Meetings are open to anyone affected by Macular Disease, central vision loss or other sight loss conditions. Family and friends are also welcome to attend.
Meetings are held from 1pm to 3pm on the third Monday of every month at St. Nicholas Hall, United Reformed Church, Coleham Head, Shrewsbury, SY3 7BJ.
Each month features a speaker/activity, raffle, tea and biscuits, and time to chat to others who share the challenge of daily life with sight loss.
Cost is £5.00 per meeting.
