Sight Loss Shropshire is delighted to invite you to our annual Winter’s Day Out, a joyful day of celebration for visually impaired people and their companions from across Shropshire and Telford, and Wrekin.

- Where: Shrewsbury Town Football Club, The Croud Meadow, Oteley Road, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ST
- Time: 11:00am – 3:30pm
Why You Should Attend
This cherished event welcomes over 200 guests each year and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with entertainment, delicious food, and opportunities to connect with others in the visually impaired community.
What’s Included:
- Lunch: A scrumptious meal for all guests.
- Entertainment: Musical entertainment and more.
- Equipment Swap: Bring pre-loved items like magnifiers, talking scales, or clocks to donate (please ensure they’re in working order) and discover useful tools for yourself.
- Tech Demos: Explore the latest assistive technology with hands-on demonstrations by Vision Aid, showcasing video magnifiers and other helpful devices.

Tickets are free for visually impaired guests and their companions, with a suggested £5 donation per ticket to help support this wonderful event.
