Passing the Baton: A New Treasurer Joins the Team
Thank You, Daniel – and Welcome, Becci!
As summer brings a season of change, we too are marking a moment of transition at Sight Loss Shropshire.
At our recent AGM, we said a heartfelt thank you and fond farewell to Daniel Clark, our dedicated Treasurer, who has stepped down after giving so generously of his time, knowledge and expertise.
Daniel’s steady hand and thoughtful guidance have been invaluable to our charity, helping us navigate an exciting period of major change, maintain stability, and plan confidently for the future. We’re deeply grateful for everything he has contributed, and we wish him the very best in his next chapter.

Becci, our new SLS Treasurer
At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome Becci Cumblidge as our new Treasurer. Becci brings a wealth of experience in finance, combined with a real passion for supporting local causes. Her professional insight, community spirit and positive energy make her a fantastic addition to our Board of Trustees.
We’re excited to work alongside Becci as we continue striving for a strong, inclusive and sustainable future for people living with sight loss in Shropshire.
Welcome to the team, Becci – and thank you again, Daniel, for everything.
