Join us for Winter’s Day Out 2026
Each year, Sight Loss Shropshire holds a day of celebration to which all visually impaired people in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin are welcome.
Over 200 people attend this social event each year. Tickets are free for visually impaired guests and their companions, with a suggested £5 donation per ticket on arrival at the venue.
Enjoy a delicious lunch, entertainment, and a sight loss equipment swap—bring items like magnifiers, talking scales, or clocks to donate (please ensure they’re in good working order).
Vision Aid, a leading supplier of video magnifiers and assistive tech, will also be there with demo equipment for you to try.
